You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time, and we will. This page tells you exactly how.

How to request deletion

Email [email protected] from the address you used with us, with the subject line Delete my data.

Tell us which you want removed:

Your customer account and programme access
Your email marketing record
Your Instagram or Facebook messaging record with us
All of the above

If you are asking us to delete data connected to your Instagram or Facebook account, include your username so we can find the right record.

What happens next

We confirm your request within 7 days.
We complete the deletion within 30 days.
We email you when it is done.

There is no charge, and you do not need to give a reason.

What gets deleted

Your name and contact details, your marketing record, your community profile and posts, your programme progress, and any record of comments or messages exchanged with us through Instagram or Facebook.

What we have to keep

Croatian and EU tax law requires us to retain invoices and payment records for a fixed period. Those records stay for as long as the law requires and are used for nothing else. Everything not covered by that obligation is deleted.

Deleting your Instagram and Facebook data only

If you commented on one of our posts and received an automatic reply, we hold your public username, your account ID and the text of your comment. Email us with the subject line Delete my Meta data and your username, and we will remove that record within 30 days.

You can also remove our app from your own account at any time through Instagram or Facebook, under Settings, then Apps and Websites.

A consequence worth knowing

Deleting your customer account ends your access to any programme or community you have purchased, and we cannot restore it afterwards. If you only want to stop receiving emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email instead — that keeps your access intact.
