This policy explains what personal data Lux & Class collects, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. Lux & Class is operated by Đanin Bozović, based in Croatia. If anything here is unclear, write to us and we will explain it in plain language.
Who we are
Lux & Class is a luxury personal styling company. We sell online programmes, digital products and community access. Our website is www.luxandclass.com.

What we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, email address, billing details and anything you send us in a message, a form, or inside our community.
- Purchase information. What you bought, when, and the status of your payment. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored by us.
- Programme activity. Which lessons you have opened and how far through a programme you are, so we can support you properly.
- Website data. Standard analytics such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser. Collected through cookies.
- Instagram and Facebook data. When you comment on one of our posts with a keyword we have set up, Meta sends us your comment, your public username, your account ID and the post it belongs to. We use it for one purpose: to send you the reply you asked for.
How we use it
- To deliver the programmes, products and community access you have paid for.
- To answer your questions and provide support.
- To send you the message you requested when you comment a keyword on our social posts.
- To send you emails about our work, if you have asked to receive them. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers listed below.
Who we share it with
- Kajabi — hosts our website, courses, checkout and email.
- Meta Platforms — Instagram and Facebook, where our social messaging runs.
- Our payment processor — handles card payments and holds card details, not us.
- Our accountants — for invoices and tax records only.
Legal basis, and how long we keep things
We process your data to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations such as tax records, on the basis of your consent for marketing emails and non-essential cookies, and on our legitimate interest in running and improving the business.
We keep customer records for as long as you have access to what you bought, and invoices for as long as tax law requires. Social messaging records are kept for up to 24 months. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to us using it. You can also withdraw consent at any time and complain to your data protection authority.

Cookies
Our site uses cookies that make it work, and analytics cookies that tell us how it is being used. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may stop working properly.
Children
Lux & Class is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their data, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes
When we update this policy we change the date at the top. Material changes will be announced by email.
